‘Taste Atlas’ ranks ceviche among the world’s most popular foods

Among the 100 most valued dishes worldwide – this is how Taste Atlas considers the star dish of Peruvian cuisine, ceviche. For those who do not know, Taste Atlas is a tool similar to Google Maps specializing in gastronomy that pulls together the most recognized dishes of each country. In addition to mentioning the quintessential dish of Peruvian cuisine, this platform highlights the frijoles colados, a dish made with strained black beans, as another Peruvian staple which is little by little gaining a name next to the famous ceviche.
